• King Street Station (Amtrak, Sounder Commuter Rail): Approximately a 10-minute walk northeast from the park, primarily via Occidental Avenue S or 1st Avenue S.
• Union Station (Sound Transit Link Light Rail): Approximately a 12-minute walk northeast from the park, following 4th Avenue S or 5th Avenue S.

Several King County Metro bus routes serve 1st Avenue S and 4th Avenue S, with numerous stops located directly adjacent to or within a five-minute walk of the park. Specific routes should be verified through the King County Metro transit planner for the most current schedules and connections.

The T-Mobile Park Garage is situated directly adjacent to the stadium. Additionally, the Lumen Field Parking Garage is located immediately north, across Royal Brougham Way S. Numerous private surface lots and multi-story garages are also available throughout the surrounding SoDo (South of Downtown) district. Be advised that parking demand is exceptionally high on event days, leading to significant congestion and surge pricing. Advance booking of parking spaces via official venue or third-party apps is strongly recommended.

T-Mobile Park features multiple public entrances, including the Home Plate Gate (east side, facing 1st Ave S), Left Field Gate (north-east corner), Right Field Gate (south-east corner), and Center Field Gate (west side, with pedestrian access). Queueing can be substantial, particularly during peak arrival times. A strict clear bag policy is enforced, with all bags subject to security screening. Patrons are advised to arrive at least 60-90 minutes prior to a scheduled event start to allow ample time for transit, security procedures, and finding their seats.
