By train and tube

The nearest metro station is Gran Vía (L1, L5), with an exit virtually at the theatre's doorstep, requiring less than a 1-minute walk. Alternatively, Plaza de España (L2, L3, L10) is a 5-minute walk south-west down Gran Vía. Príncipe Pío is the closest mainline station, requiring a connection via Metro L10 to Plaza de España, then a short walk.

By bus

Numerous EMT bus routes serve Gran Vía directly, with stops such as 'Gran Vía - Plaza España' or 'Gran Vía - Callao' within a 2 to 5-minute walk. Key routes include lines 1, 2, 3, 46, 74, 146, and N21 (night bus).

By car and parking

Several underground car parks are available in the vicinity. Parking Plaza de España is a 5-minute walk south-west. Parking Tudescos and Parking Luna-Noviciado are both within a 7-minute walk north of Gran Vía. Fees apply, and congestion on Gran Vía can be significant, especially during peak hours. Advance online booking is highly recommended for evening performances.

Entry and security

The main entrance is located on Gran Vía. Queue arrangements are typically orderly outside the theatre's facade. Standard bag search policies are in place, so patrons should be prepared for a brief security check. For seated events, it is advisable to arrive 30-45 minutes before the stated start time to allow for ticket scanning, cloakroom use, and finding seats without rushing.
