The Belfry Hotel & Resort

The Belfry is a rural resort, not directly served by rail. The nearest practical mainline stations are Tamworth (approximately a 15-minute drive northeast) and Sutton Coldfield (around a 20-minute drive southwest). Both stations connect to regional and national rail networks but require subsequent taxi or pre-booked private transport for onward travel to the resort. There is no feasible walking route from either station.

Public bus services to the immediate vicinity are limited. The X3 and X4 bus routes (operated by National Express West Midlands), running between Birmingham and Tamworth/Lichfield, offer stops on Lichfield Road (A5) near the Wishaw junction. However, these stops are still approximately a 30-40 minute walk or a short taxi ride from the resort's main entrance. For direct access, a taxi from Tamworth or Sutton Coldfield is the most reliable public transit connection.

The Belfry Hotel & Resort offers extensive, complimentary on-site parking directly adjacent to the hotel and event entrances. Guests and event attendees benefit from ample, secure parking facilities, reducing congestion concerns. Advance booking for parking is generally not required for standard events due to the large capacity.

Entry to events is typically managed through the main reception area or a specifically designated entrance for the conference suites, clearly signposted upon arrival at the resort. Standard security procedures, including bag searches, are in effect for larger events. Guests are advised to arrive at least 30-45 minutes prior to the advertised start time to allow for parking, collection of tickets, and any security checks, particularly if attending a well-attended event.
