On-site parking is available within the AvidXchange Music Factory complex, including the Music Factory Parking Deck. These lots are often subject to event-specific fees and can experience significant congestion immediately before and after shows. Advance booking for parking through Live Nation or third-party parking apps is strongly recommended to secure a space and potentially mitigate entry delays.

The primary entrance is located on Hamilton Street. Queueing arrangements are typically managed along the sidewalk, extending westward from the entrance. Standard bag search and metal detector screening policies are in effect for all attendees. Arriving 30-45 minutes before the published door time is advisable to clear security, collect any pre-purchased tickets, and secure a preferred viewing spot, particularly for general admission standing shows.
