The nearest mainline station is Liverpool Lime Street. From the station concourse, exit onto Lime Street, proceed southwest onto Ranelagh Street (which becomes Church Street). Turn left onto Bold Street, then take the second right turn onto Slater Street. The venue is approximately a 12-minute walk.

The Jacaranda is well-served by local bus routes, with numerous stops on nearby Hanover Street and Renshaw Street, both within a 5-minute walk. Liverpool ONE Bus Station, a major hub for regional and national coach services, is located approximately a 7-minute walk northwest of the venue via Hanover Street.

For those arriving by car, several paid car parks are available within a 10-minute radius. Q-Park Liverpool ONE (Strand Street) and Liverpool Central Car Park (St Peter's Lane) are both viable options. Mount Pleasant Car Park is also available further east. Patrons are advised to check current fees and consider advance online booking, particularly for weekend events, to mitigate congestion.

The main entrance is situated directly on Slater Street. Queuing arrangements typically form on the pavement outside the venue. Standard security procedures, including bag searches, are in effect upon entry. To ensure a smooth ingress and secure a good vantage point, particularly for popular shows, arriving 30-45 minutes before the advertised door time is recommended.
