The Key Club Leeds

Leeds Station (LS1 4DY) is the nearest mainline rail hub. From the station, exit onto New Station Street and proceed north, crossing City Square onto Cookridge Street. Continue north, crossing The Headrow, and Cookridge Street becomes Merrion Street. The Key Club will be on your right. This route is an approximate 12-minute walk.

The Key Club is centrally located with numerous bus routes serving the immediate vicinity. Key stops are available on Merrion Street itself, as well as major arteries such as The Headrow and Vicar Lane, which are within a 5-minute walk. Leeds Bus Station (LS2 7HU) is approximately a 10-minute walk east, offering extensive regional coach links.

Several multi-storey car parks are available within a 10-minute radius. The Merrion Centre Car Park (LS2 8BT) is directly adjacent, offering convenient access but can experience congestion on event nights. Other options include Q-Park St Johns Centre (LS2 8LQ) and the Victoria Leeds Multi-Storey (LS2 7AU), both requiring a slightly longer walk. Advance online booking is recommended for weekend or popular event nights to secure a space and often provides a discounted rate.

The main entrance is clearly visible on Merrion Street. Queues typically form along the pavement directly outside the venue. Standard security procedures, including bag searches, are in place upon entry. Patrons are advised to arrive 30-45 minutes before advertised stage times, particularly for popular events, to allow for security checks and to secure a preferred spot within the intimate standing area. Doors generally open 30 minutes before the first act.
