The nearest Caltrain station is 22nd Street Station, an 18-minute walk southeast down 22nd Street, turning left onto Illinois Street, and then a right onto Marin Street. Alternatively, the MUNI T Third Street light rail service stops at Marin St & 3rd St, just a 4-minute walk west along Marin Street to the venue entrance.

Key MUNI bus routes serving the 3rd Street corridor, such as the 48, 22, and 19, have stops within close proximity. The Marin St & 3rd St stop for these routes is a short 4-minute walk to the venue.

Limited street parking is available in the surrounding industrial Dogpatch neighborhood, often becoming congested during events. Dedicated parking garages are not immediately adjacent; the closest options are generally private lots or those further north towards Mission Bay, requiring a 15-20 minute walk. Utilizing rideshare services or public transport is strongly encouraged to mitigate parking challenges and potential fees.

The main entrance is located on Marin Street. Doors typically open 60-90 minutes before the scheduled start of the main act. Queue lines form along the sidewalk; patrons should expect thorough bag checks and security screening. Large bags are generally not permitted, and a clear bag policy may apply for specific events. Arriving approximately 30 minutes after doors open is often advisable to avoid initial queues while still securing a good spot within the venue.
