The Novo

The nearest Metro Rail station is Pico Station, served by the A Line (blue) and E Line (expo). From the station, The Novo is an approximately 3-minute walk west, directly across Figueroa Street and into the L.A. Live complex. For mainline connections, Union Station is accessible via a transfer from the A Line at 7th Street/Metro Center, then onto the B Line (red) or D Line (purple), resulting in an approximate 20-minute total journey.

Several Metro Bus routes operate along the surrounding streets. Key stops are located on Figueroa Street and Olympic Boulevard, both immediately adjacent to the L.A. Live complex. Routes such as Metro Local Line 81 (Figueroa St) and Metro Local Line 28/30/33 (Olympic Blvd) provide direct access from various parts of the city.

The L.A. Live complex offers multiple dedicated parking structures. The West Garage (Lot W), accessible from Chick Hearn Ct, and the East Garage (Lot E), with entrances on Olympic Blvd and Georgia St, are the primary options. Expect variable fees, especially during major events, and significant congestion immediately before and after shows. Advance booking via the L.A. Live parking portal is highly recommended to secure a space and potentially reduce wait times.

The main entrance to The Novo is located on the west side of the L.A. Live plaza, facing Chick Hearn Ct, and is clearly signposted within the complex. Queue arrangements typically form outside the main doors, extending into the plaza area. Patrons should anticipate standard security procedures, including bag searches and metal detection. To ensure a relaxed entry and allow time for navigating the complex and finding seating, arriving 45-60 minutes prior to the advertised door time is advisable.
