Canterbury East station (CT1 1HA) provides the closest mainline rail connection, situated approximately a 15-minute walk south-east from the ground via Old Dover Road (A2050). Canterbury West station (CT2 8AN) is a longer walk, roughly 25-30 minutes north-west through the city centre.

Several Stagecoach East Kent bus routes serve stops directly outside the ground on Old Dover Road. Routes 16, 17, 18, and 19 offer regular connections to Canterbury city centre and its surrounding areas.

Limited on-site parking is typically reserved for blue badge holders or requires pre-booking for specific events. For general attendees, paid parking is available at Worthgate Place Car Park (CT1 3ZR), an approximately 12-minute walk north via Old Dover Road and Rhodaus Town. Wincheap Park & Ride (CT1 3ER) offers a larger parking option, though it entails a longer walk of around 20-25 minutes. Patrons are advised to consult event-specific information for any shuttle services or designated off-site parking, and to book in advance where feasible due to potential congestion on event days.

The primary entrance for events is located on Old Dover Road. Queueing systems are typically organised outside the main gates. Standard security protocols, including bag checks, are in place upon entry. Arriving 30-45 minutes prior to the advertised door time is recommended to allow ample time for security screening and to secure a preferred viewing position, particularly for standing pitch access.
