Torwar

The closest local rail station is Warszawa Powiśle (SKM and Koleje Mazowieckie commuter lines), a 19-minute walk northwest along Ludna street to Okrąg street, then through the park to Łazienkowska street. For mainline rail services, Warszawa Centralna station is approximately 3.5 kilometres away; from there, guests can take bus route 180 directly to the "Torwar" stop (a 15-minute journey) rather than attempting a lengthy walk.

Limited paid parking is available on-site at COS Torwar; however, this capacity is often quickly exhausted during major events. For alternative parking, guests should explore street parking options in the surrounding paid parking zones, although availability can be scarce, particularly on event nights. Advance booking is not typically available for on-site parking.

Torwar is committed to ensuring a welcoming and accessible experience for all its visitors. Wheelchair accessibility is a priority, with step-free access available at all main entrances. Lifts are in operation to connect different levels of the venue, and designated wheelchair viewing areas are available in many of our seating sections, offering excellent sightlines. Accessible toilet facilities are located throughout the venue, equipped to high standards. For visitors with hearing impairments, an induction loop system is often available in key areas, such as the box office and information points; specific event coverage may vary, so it’s advisable to check individual event details. Assistance dogs and service animals are permitted entry into the venue, and designated areas for relief can be provided upon request. While dedicated accessible parking directly at the venue is limited, pre-booked spaces can often be arranged in nearby car parks. Our stewards and staff are trained to offer assistance to any visitor who may need it, ensuring a comfortable and safe experience.

The primary entry points are located on the north side of the building, facing Łazienkowska street. Queue arrangements vary by event, but attendees should anticipate standard security protocols, including bag searches. Arriving 30 to 45 minutes prior to the advertised door time is advisable, especially for popular events, to navigate security and locate seating without rush.
