Toyota Pavilion at Concord

The nearest mainline station is Concord BART Station (1699 Grant St, Concord, CA 94520). A direct walk from the station to the venue is approximately 2.5 miles and impractical (a 45-60 minute walk south-east along Grant Street, then east on Concord Ave, then north on Kirker Pass Road). For most events, dedicated shuttle services operate from Concord BART Station, offering the most convenient public transport connection.

• Bus & Public Transit: Local bus services are provided by County Connection. While some routes, such as Route 15, pass within walking distance of the general vicinity (e.g., near the intersection of Kirker Pass Road and Treat Boulevard), there is no direct stop at the pavilion entrance. Event-specific shuttle buses from Concord BART are the recommended public transit option for direct arrival.
• Parking: Extensive on-site parking lots are available directly adjacent to the venue at 2000 Kirker Pass Rd. These are typically paid lots, and fees vary per event. Due to high demand and potential congestion on Kirker Pass Road, pre-booking parking online is strongly advised, particularly for sold-out events. Arrival an hour before doors open is recommended to secure a preferred space.
• Entry & Doors: The main entrances are located at the front of the venue, accessible from the parking areas. Queue arrangements are typically structured with multiple lanes leading to security checkpoints. Standard bag search policies and metal detector screenings are in place. To ensure smooth entry and avoid missing opening acts, arriving 45-60 minutes prior to the advertised door time is recommended, especially for popular events.
