Treasure Island Resort and Casino

Treasure Island Resort and Casino is located in a rural setting in Welch, Minnesota, and is not served by direct mainline rail, metro, subway, or light rail services within walking distance. • Bus & Public Transit: Due to its rural location, the resort is not integrated into any regional public bus routes or city transit networks. Visitors must arrange private transportation, such as personal vehicles, ride-share services, or pre-booked shuttle services, particularly from distant urban centers like Minneapolis or St. Paul.
• Parking: Extensive, complimentary surface parking lots and a multi-level parking garage are available directly adjacent to the resort complex. During major events, these facilities can become congested, necessitating an early arrival to secure a convenient space. Advance booking for parking is generally not offered or required, but guests should account for potential walking distances from outer lots.
• Entry & Doors: The entrance to the Island Event Center is situated within the broader Treasure Island Resort and Casino structure. Clear signage guides patrons to the event-specific entry points from the main resort areas. Standard security measures, including bag checks and metal detection, are in effect. Doors typically open 60 to 90 minutes before the scheduled event start time; arriving at least 45 minutes prior is advisable to allow ample time for security screening and finding your designated seating or standing area.
