Numerous parking lots are available on the Texas Tech University campus surrounding the arena. The Wreck 'Em Garage, located at 1819 Indiana Ave, and surface lots such such as R1, R11, and S1, are typically utilized for events. Fees vary by event, and congestion is common, particularly for high-attendance fixtures. Advance booking or purchasing permits via the Texas Tech Parking Services website is highly recommended to secure a spot and mitigate entry delays.

The main entrances are situated along the concourse perimeter. Queues are typically managed through designated lanes outside these doors. All attendees are subject to bag searches and security screening, with clear bag policies generally enforced. To ensure smooth entry and avoid missing early event segments, it is advisable to arrive at least 45 minutes prior to the scheduled start time, especially for sold-out events.
