The nearest mainline rail station is Pasila, located approximately 1.7 kilometres southeast of Veikkaus Arena. Alternatively, connections via tram or bus are available directly from Pasila station.

Veikkaus Arena is well-served by Helsinki's public transport network. Several tram lines, including 2 and 4, stop directly outside the arena at the "Jäähalli" stop on Nordenskiöldinkatu. Numerous bus routes, such as the 69, also service the area, with stops within a 2-minute walk.

On-site parking is available at P-Jäähalli, located adjacent to the venue, which typically operates on a paid basis. Additional parking can be found at the nearby Urheilutalo complex, a 5-minute walk away. During major events, congestion is common, and advance booking or early arrival is highly recommended to secure a space.

The O2 Arena is committed to providing an accessible experience for all its visitors. Wheelchair access is available throughout the venue, including at all main entrances, concourses, and into the arena itself. Lifts provide access to all levels, and designated accessible seating areas offer excellent views of the stage or pitch. Accessible toilets are conveniently located across all levels of the venue. While specific hearing loop details may vary by event, the venue generally aims to accommodate needs; it's advisable to check with customer services in advance. Assistance dogs and service animals are permitted within the arena. Accessible parking spaces are located in the Indigo Car Park, closest to the venue entrance, and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Venue staff are trained to offer assistance and guidance to visitors with disabilities upon arrival and throughout their visit.

Entrances are located on Nordenskiöldinkatu. Queuing systems are generally in place, often segmenting by ticket type. All attendees are subject to bag checks upon entry, with a strict policy on prohibited items. Guests are advised to arrive at least 30-45 minutes before the advertised door time to allow ample time for security procedures and finding seats or positions.
