Velaria

The nearest mainline rail connection is Segovia-Guiomar (AVE high-speed) or Segovia central station (regional and Cercanías lines), both located approximately 12-15 kilometres south-west of Espirdo. From either Segovia station, onward travel to Velaria requires a local bus service or taxi. Walking from either Segovia station to Velaria is not feasible due to distance and the absence of dedicated pedestrian infrastructure along major roads.

• Bus & Public Transit: Velaria is served by local interurban bus routes connecting Espirdo to Segovia. Line SG-VA-002 (Segovia-Turégano) operated by La Sepulvedana provides a stop on Carretera de Segovia, approximately a 3-minute walk from the venue's main entrance. Service frequency varies, especially on weekends and evenings, so checking current timetables in advance is strongly recommended.
• Parking: Velaria offers a dedicated, free car park directly adjacent to the venue, accessible from Carretera de Segovia (SG-V-2121). This on-site facility, designated "Parking Velaria," typically accommodates event attendance without significant congestion. For overflow, limited informal street parking is available along the access road, though the dedicated lot is the primary recommendation. No advance booking is generally required for the main car park.
• Entry & Doors: The principal entrance is located on the north side of the building, clearly marked. Queueing areas are delineated by barriers outside, leading to security checkpoints for bag searches before ticket scanning. Doors generally open 60 minutes prior to the advertised showtime for most events; arriving 30-45 minutes before the performance is advisable to allow time for security checks and accessing foyer amenities.
