Videotron Centre

The nearest intercity rail station is Gare du Palais, located at 330 Rue de la Gare du Palais, Québec, QC G1K 1A9. This station is approximately 5.5 kilometres from the Videotron Centre. Walking is not a practical option; a taxi or rideshare service is recommended, typically a 10-15 minute drive depending on traffic.

The Réseau de transport de la Capitale (RTC) offers several routes serving the Expocité complex. Key bus stops are located directly on Boulevard Wilfrid-Hamel and Avenue du Colisée. Routes 801, 802, 18, and 185 provide direct access or connections from various parts of Québec City, including transfers from downtown routes. Check the RTC website for the most up-to-date schedules and connections.

The Videotron Centre is part of the Expocité complex, which provides extensive on-site paid parking lots (P1, P2, P3, P4). These lots can accommodate thousands of vehicles. Expect significant congestion on event nights, and it is highly advisable to purchase parking passes in advance through the official venue website to ensure availability and potentially save time upon arrival. Fees vary per event.

Multiple entry points are situated around the perimeter of the venue. Doors typically open 60 to 90 minutes before the scheduled start time of the main event. All entrants are subject to security screening, including bag checks, in line with standard arena policies. To avoid queues and allow ample time to find your seat or desired vantage point, arriving 45 to 60 minutes prior to the event's commencement is recommended.
