WERK7 - Theater im Werksviertel

WERK7 is most conveniently accessed via München Ost (Ostbahnhof) station. This major transport hub serves S-Bahn lines (S1-S8), U-Bahn line U2, and various regional train services. From München Ost, the venue is an approximate 6-minute walk south-east, primarily along Friedenstraße and then turning into the Werksviertel area towards Speicherstraße.

Numerous bus and tram routes serve the München Ost area. Key bus stops directly adjacent to Ostbahnhof include "Ostbahnhof (Friedenstraße)" and "Ostbahnhof (Orleansstraße)", offering connections across the city. The comprehensive network ensures broad accessibility from most Munich districts.

The Werksviertel district offers dedicated parking facilities. The "Parkhaus Werksviertel Mitte" (Speicherstraße 20-22) is directly integrated into the complex, providing convenient access. Fees apply hourly, and while congestion can occur during peak event times, advance booking is not typically required but is advisable for larger-scale productions to ensure immediate availability.

The primary entrance is located on Speicherstraße 20, clearly signposted within the Werksviertel development. Queue arrangements are generally managed efficiently for the capacity of the venue. Standard bag search policies are in effect for security. Patrons are advised to arrive 30-45 minutes prior to the advertised showtime to allow for entry procedures, coat check, and pre-show refreshments without rush.
