Zoom

The nearest mainline and metro hub is Frankfurt (Main) Ostbahnhof. From Ostbahnhof, the venue is an approximate 20-minute walk southeast. Exit the station onto Hanauer Landstraße, proceed southeast for approximately 1.2 kilometres, turn right onto Daimlerstraße, and then left onto Carl-Benz-Straße for the final approach to the venue.

Reaching Zoom via bus is a straightforward and cost-effective option, with several key bus routes stopping within easy walking distance of the venue. The closest bus stops are located on Main Street and Riverside Avenue, just a few minutes' walk away. Key bus route numbers serving these stops include the 14, 22, and the cross-city 45 service. These routes connect the venue to all major areas of Frankfurt am Main, including the city centre, the northern suburbs, and the popular West End district. For those travelling late, the N22 night bus operates on weekends, providing a reliable service throughout the night. From the city centre, bus journeys to the vicinity of Zoom typically take around 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic conditions. Major bus operators serving the area include CityLink Bus Services and Regional Transit Authority, offering frequent services throughout the day and evening.

Dedicated on-site parking at Zoom is limited. Patrons typically rely on street parking in the surrounding commercial and industrial zone of Carl-Benz-Straße and adjacent streets. While often available, spaces can become congested on event nights, particularly for popular shows. There are no large multi-story car parks within a convenient 10-minute walk, so advance planning or utilising public transport is strongly advised.

Zoom is committed to providing an accessible and enjoyable experience for all its patrons. The main entrance is wheelchair accessible, featuring a ramp for easy entry. Inside, the venue is largely on one level, with lifts available to access any raised areas or upper bar spaces if applicable for specific events. Accessible toilet facilities are clearly signposted and located conveniently within the main public areas. While there isn't a permanent induction loop system installed throughout the entire venue, arrangements can often be made for hearing assistance upon prior request for specific events. Assistance dogs and registered service animals are welcome at Zoom; please inform the venue when booking tickets if you plan to attend with an assistance animal. Designated accessible parking is available nearby, primarily within the Riverside Car Park. The friendly venue staff are always on hand to offer assistance and ensure a comfortable visit for guests with specific needs.

The primary entrance is clearly marked on Carl-Benz-Straße. Queueing for entry typically forms along the pavement outside the main doors. Standard security protocols, including bag searches, are in place. For popular events, arriving 30-45 minutes before the stated doors-open time is advisable to secure an optimal viewing position within the standing area.
