Deepdale Stadium

Preston railway station (PR1 8AP) is the nearest mainline station, located approximately 1.5 miles southwest of Deepdale Stadium. From the station, a walk northeast along Fishergate, continuing onto Church Street and then Deepdale Road, will lead directly to the stadium. This route typically takes around 25-30 minutes on foot.

Preston Bus Station (PR1 1YT), a central transport hub, is situated approximately 1 mile south of Deepdale. Numerous local bus services operate along Deepdale Road, directly serving the stadium. Key routes include the Stagecoach 19 service, which provides frequent connections. Check real-time schedules for services from Preston Bus Station directly to the Deepdale area.

Limited event-specific parking is often available directly at the stadium via official booking, but this can be congested. Adjacent to the stadium, the Deepdale Retail Park offers additional paid parking, though spaces fill rapidly on event days. For a wider range of options, multi-storey car parks in Preston city centre, such as St George's Shopping Centre (PR1 2NQ) or Fishergate Shopping Centre (PR1 8HJ), are available, requiring either a subsequent bus journey or a 20-25 minute walk north to the venue. Advance booking is highly recommended for any official stadium parking.

Entry points are clearly marked around the stadium's perimeter. Expect standard security procedures, including bag searches, upon entry. Large bags may not be permitted. For major events, it is advisable to arrive at least 60-90 minutes before the advertised start time to allow for security checks, ticket scanning, and navigation to your specific seating or standing area, particularly if collecting tickets.
