The nearest mainline rail connection is Vitoria-Gasteiz railway station, located approximately 4.5 kilometers southwest of the arena in the city center. From the station, walk east for approximately 5 minutes to the "Parlamento" tram stop. Board tram Line 1 (Abetxuko-Ibaiondo) towards Ibaiondo and alight at the "Buesa Arena" stop, which is directly adjacent to the venue. The tram journey takes around 15 minutes, making the total travel time from the station to the arena approximately 25-30 minutes.

Vitoria-Gasteiz Tram Line 1 (Abetxuko-Ibaiondo) offers the most direct public transport access, with the "Buesa Arena" stop situated steps from the entrance. Additionally, Tuvisa urban bus lines L3 (Betoño-Zabalgana) and L9 (Gamarra-Zabalgana) serve the vicinity, with stops such as "Portal Gamarra/Buesa Arena" and "Zurbano/Buesa Arena" within a 5-minute walk.

Extensive surface parking is available at "Parking Buesa Arena" directly surrounding the venue, accessible from Portal de Zurbano and Portal de Gamarra. These large lots typically incur a fee, and advance booking is generally not required but recommended during major events to ensure a space and mitigate potential ingress delays due to congestion. Arriving well in advance of doors opening is advisable to secure parking and avoid queues.

Entry points are clearly marked around the arena's perimeter. Expect standard security procedures, including bag searches and metal detection. Queues can form rapidly for popular events, particularly closer to showtime. It is recommended to arrive at least 30-45 minutes before the advertised door time, especially if collecting tickets or seeking specific seating sections. Oversized bags are generally not permitted inside the venue.
