Vitoria-Gasteiz does not operate a mainline metro system. The nearest major rail station is Vitoria-Gasteiz (Adif), located on Calle Chile. From this station, Sala Jimmy Jazz is a 17-minute walk northwest. Local bus services also provide connections from the station to the city centre.

Reaching Sala Jimmy Jazz by bus is a straightforward and convenient option for local and regional travellers. Several bus stops are located within a short walk of the venue, with the closest being the "Plaza Nueva" stop, just a 5-minute stroll away. Key bus route numbers that serve this area include routes 3, 7, and 12. These routes connect Sala Jimmy Jazz to various neighbourhoods across Vitoria-Gasteiz, including the city centre, the university district, and outlying residential areas. For those travelling late, some routes may offer limited night bus services, though it's essential to check local timetables. Journey times from the main Vitoria-Gasteiz bus terminal in the city centre are typically around 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic. The primary bus operator in the region is Euskotren, which runs most of the local services.

For those arriving by car, several underground car parks are available in the city centre. The 'Parking Plaza de España' is a 7-minute walk southeast of the venue, accessible via Calle La Paz. Another option is 'Parking Artium', an 8-minute walk northeast on Calle Francia, though this facility can reach capacity quickly on busy evenings. Hourly fees apply, and advance booking is not typically an option for these public facilities; early arrival is recommended to secure a space.

The main entrance is situated directly on Calle Coronación de la Virgen Blanca. Queue lines typically form along the pavement outside the entrance. Standard bag search procedures are in place upon entry. For popular events, it is advisable to arrive 30-45 minutes before the advertised door time to ensure efficient entry and preferred standing positions.
