Newcastle Stadium

The nearest mainline station is Broadmeadow Station, located approximately 1.5 kilometres to the west-northwest of the stadium. From the station, a direct walk south along Broadmeadow Road, turning east onto Turton Road, will lead to the stadium's main entrances. This walk typically takes between 15 to 20 minutes.

Numerous bus routes serve the Broadmeadow area, with several stops conveniently located along Turton Road and Broadmeadow Road, directly adjacent to the stadium. Key services include routes connecting from Newcastle CBD and surrounding suburbs. Consult local transport schedules for specific route numbers and timings relevant to your departure point.

Limited official on-site parking is available at Newcastle Stadium, often requiring advance booking and incurring fees, particularly for major events. Significant overflow parking is frequently directed to the adjacent Broadmeadow Racecourse. Street parking in the surrounding residential areas is heavily restricted and often unavailable on event days. Patrons are advised to consider public transport or pre-book parking well in advance.

Entry points are clearly marked via numbered gates around the stadium perimeter. Queue arrangements can vary significantly based on event size and anticipated crowd flow. A strict bag policy is enforced, typically limiting patrons to small bags (A4 size or smaller). For major events, arriving 60 to 90 minutes prior to the advertised showtime is recommended to allow for security checks and to reach your designated seating or standing area without rush.
