The nearest rail access is via the Utah Transit Authority (UTA) TRAX light rail Red Line. The "Stadium" station is located at 500 South, directly west of the stadium. From the station platform, it is a 2-minute walk east, across 500 South, to reach the main entrances on the stadium's west side.

Numerous UTA bus routes serve the University of Utah campus, providing connections from across Salt Lake City and surrounding areas. Key routes such as 2, 3, 6, 9, 17, 213, 220, 313, 455, and 470 have stops within a 10-minute walk of the stadium. The University of Utah is a major transit hub, and planning travel via the UTA website is recommended for specific event day routes and schedules.

On-campus parking for events is available in various University of Utah lots, including Guardsman Way, Merrill Engineering, Lassonde, and Union Building lots. These typically require advance booking or payment on arrival, and availability can be severely limited. Expect significant congestion on surface streets and within university parking facilities before and after events. Pre-booking parking passes online through the university's event parking system is highly advisable.

The OVO Hydro is committed to providing an accessible experience for all its visitors. Wheelchair access is available throughout the venue, with ramps and lifts providing seamless entry to all levels. Dedicated accessible seating areas offer excellent views of the stage, and these can be booked in advance through the venue's ticketing partners. Accessible toilet facilities are conveniently located across all concourses. Induction loop systems are available for visitors with hearing impairments; please inquire at the information desk upon arrival for assistance. Assistance dogs are welcome within the venue. While there are no specific service animal facilities, staff are on hand to provide support where needed. Accessible parking bays are situated in close proximity to the venue entrances, and event staff are available to assist with navigation and access throughout your visit.

Entry points are clearly marked around the stadium perimeter. The main public entrances are predominantly on the west side, facing 1400 East and the TRAX station. Arriving at least 45-60 minutes before the scheduled start time is recommended to allow ample time for security checks, bag searches, and navigating to your section, especially for high-capacity events. Expect queues at all entry points.
