Sala Custom

The nearest mainline railway station is Sevilla-Santa Justa, located approximately 5.5 kilometres west of the venue. From Santa Justa, a taxi ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes, or patrons can connect to local TUSSAM bus services. There is no direct, convenient metro access for this location; the nearest Metro Line 1 stations (such as Gran Plaza) still require a subsequent bus or taxi transfer, adding considerable travel time.

Sala Custom is well-served by local TUSSAM bus routes. The bus stop "Avda. Ada (Metalurgia)" is a 1-minute walk north from the venue entrance on Calle Metalurgia. This stop is served by routes 27 (connecting from Plaza del Duque La Victoria in the city centre) and B4 (connecting from Gran Plaza Metro station). Journey times from central Sevilla by bus can range from 30 to 45 minutes, depending on traffic.

Being situated within an industrial estate, on-street parking is generally available on Calle Metalurgia and the surrounding industrial streets, particularly after business hours and on weekends. Availability can vary greatly depending on the event and time of arrival. While there are no large, dedicated multi-storey car parks within a 10-minute radius, most attendees driving to the venue find suitable street parking nearby. No advance booking for parking is typically required, but patrons should be mindful of local regulations and security in an industrial area.

Sala Custom is committed to ensuring an inclusive experience for all its patrons. The main entrance is wheelchair accessible, featuring a ramp alongside the steps. While the main performance area is largely on one level, specific accessible viewing areas can be requested in advance, subject to availability. The venue is equipped with accessible toilet facilities located conveniently on the ground floor. For those with hearing impairments, induction loop systems are available; please inquire at the box office or with a member of staff upon arrival for assistance. Assistance dogs and service animals are welcome within the venue; please inform the venue when booking tickets if you plan to attend with a service animal. Accessible parking is available at the nearby Sevilla City Car Park, with drop-off points also situated close to the venue entrance. Venue staff are briefed and available to offer assistance throughout your visit.

The main entrance is located directly on Calle Metalurgia. Queue arrangements will typically form along the pavement outside. Standard security checks and bag searches are conducted upon entry. For popular events, arriving 30-45 minutes before the advertised door time is advisable to ensure smooth entry and secure a preferred standing position.
