The nearest mainline connection is Bilbao-Abando Indalecio Prieto, located approximately 1.8 km south-east, inland from the venue. For more immediate access, the nearest metro station is Abando (Lines 1 & 2), situated approximately 950 metres to the venue's south-east, inland. From Abando station, proceed west along Calle de Colón de Larreátegui for approximately 7 minutes, then turn north onto the pedestrian riverfront path. Public parking is available at the subterranean Parking Plaza Euskadi, located 700 metres south-east (a 9-minute walk inland) from the venue, offering hourly rates. Stage Live is committed to providing an accessible experience for all patrons. The main entrance is at street level and is fully wheelchair accessible, with ramps available if needed. Inside, lifts provide access to all floors, including the main performance area and bar facilities. Dedicated accessible seating areas are available in prime viewing locations, and these can be booked in advance. Accessible toilet facilities are located on each level, equipped with modern amenities. For those with hearing impairments, a hearing loop system is often available during performances; it is advisable to check specific event details or inquire at the box office. Assistance dogs are welcome throughout the venue, and water bowls can be provided upon request. While there isn't dedicated accessible parking at the venue itself, the Elm Street car park is a short, accessible distance away and has designated disabled bays. Staff are briefed and available to offer assistance to any patrons requiring support.

The primary entrance for ticket holders is located on the river-facing façade. Queues typically form along the promenade, extending eastward. Patrons should anticipate mandatory bag searches upon entry. To ensure smooth access and allow time for security checks, arrival 30 to 45 minutes prior to the advertised door time is recommended, especially for popular events.
