Tolhuistuin

The nearest mainline station is Amsterdam Centraal Station. From Centraal, take the free GVB ferry (Buiksloterwegveer, F3) from Pier 8 on the north side of the station. The ferry crossing takes approximately 3-5 minutes. Upon disembarking on the north bank, it is a 4-minute walk north along the path leading directly from the ferry dock to Tolhuistuin. The total journey from Centraal Station platforms, including ferry wait and walk, is typically 10-15 minutes.

From the north side of the IJ, several GVB bus routes serve the Overhoeks area. Bus stops such as 'Buiksloterwegveer' or 'Overhoeksplein' are within a 5-minute walk of the venue. Routes like GVB bus 38, 105, 109, 391, and 394 connect the area to Noord/Zuidlijn (M52) metro stations like Noorderpark, or other districts north of the IJ.

For those travelling by car, several paid parking garages are available within a 10-minute radius. ParkBee Overhoeks, an underground facility directly adjacent to the venue, and Q-Park A'DAM Toren, located beneath the nearby A'DAM Tower, are the closest options. Expect hourly rates typical for central Amsterdam, generally ranging from €4 to €6. Advance booking, particularly for evening events, is highly recommended to secure a space and avoid potential congestion.

The main entrance for events is situated on Overhoeksplein. Queue arrangements are typically managed directly outside the main doors. Standard security protocols are in place, including mandatory bag searches, and patrons should be prepared for potential pat-downs. To ensure a smooth entry and allow time for coat check or pre-show drinks, arriving 30-45 minutes before the advertised door time is advisable, especially for sold-out or larger capacity events.
