ZAG Arena

The nearest S-Bahn (suburban train) station is Hannover Messe/Laatzen, served by the S4 line. From the station, the ZAG Arena is a 10-minute walk east along Lissabonner Allee, leading directly to the Expo Plaza complex.

Extensive paid parking facilities are available within the Expo Plaza complex, including multi-storey car parks designated as P1, P2, and P3, which directly service the arena. For major events, advance online booking of parking spaces is strongly recommended to guarantee availability and mitigate potential traffic congestion on event days.

The ZAG Arena is committed to providing an accessible and enjoyable experience for all its visitors. The venue offers excellent wheelchair accessibility throughout its public areas, with accessible entrances, lifts to all levels, and designated seating areas offering prime views. Throughout the arena, numerous accessible toilets are available, equipped to cater to a range of needs. For those with hearing impairments, induction loop systems are typically in place in key areas such as customer service points and box offices to assist with communication. The venue welcomes assistance dogs and service animals, and while specific facilities for them are generally not advertised, staff are usually on hand to assist with any requirements. Accessible parking spaces are available in the venue's car parks, situated close to the entrances for ease of access. Venue staff are trained to provide assistance wherever needed, from guiding visitors to their seats to helping with any mobility challenges.

Main entry points are clearly signposted on the Expo Plaza side of the building. Attendees should anticipate standard security procedures, including bag searches and potential metal detector screening. To allow ample time for security checks, finding one's seat, and navigating the venue, an arrival at least 45 to 60 minutes prior to the advertised start time is advised.
